What to expect from our pickup & delivery service.

We’re friendly, efficient and careful.

Our pickup and delivery service guys are friendly, experienced and trained to handle your furnishings with care.  They will take the time for the evaluation of your rugs or upholstery and address any cleaning concerns that you may have.  They are mindful of your best interests in considering the best service option.
 
Our service team can move most furnishings unless they are very large or heavy.  We are unable to move furnishings that contain fragile collectibles or sensitive electronic equipment.

 

Planning for your pick-up and delivery.

To provide a free pickup and delivery service, we must be efficient with our geographic routing and traffic uncertainties.  We appreciate your understanding. 
 
We understand that waiting for any home service can be frustrating, but many of our customers rely on one of the following to reduce or eliminate waiting:

  • Have us call you ahead of our arrival so you can meet us without missing other commitments.
  • Have us contact a friend or neighbor to allow us access.
  • Leave a hidden key and we’ll check in with you upon our arrival.

As much as we’d like to meet everyone, about half of our clients never see us.
